My symptom had me worried ,?

i am 50 years old male, its been 6 months , each and every day at night time, i had a fever about 45 minutes, and in the morning after having breakfast for 4 hrs my tomy feel real hot on the right hand side of the belly, i had jaundice in the white eyes, i know i had a liver problem, but dont know is it a cirrohsis or what? would anybody could tell me why i had a fever every night for the p 6 months .is it bad real bad or what wrong with me? now i have a discomfort belly , if it is cirrohsis what stage am i ? and what life expectancy
