Can you guys give me some ideas for my photo project: "tell a story"?

So the project is that I have to 'tell a story' in a photograph. I have 15 frames. I wanted to go to some place with a lot of people, but I think it might be kinda annoying lugging around a big FM10 and it'll be awkward to take pictures of people cause people freak out and are like "omg are you taking my picture?!!" you know? Anyway, I need some ideas for this project. It obviously has to involve people.. The project itself is very vauge, but it would be great if someone could lend me some ideas!
