Is Gyncomastia Surgery Available on the NHS?

Ok so I have had what I believe is Gyncomastia for around 6 years now im I am completely sick of it. It makes me depressed and is quite frankly ruining my life and its got to the stage where I cant even wear a T-shirt in public without being embaressed. I am 190cm tall and weigh about 200 pounds so im not fat but im not thin either. I play Rugby, football and badminton on a weekly basis and would like to think of myself as fairly fit and athletic, yet I still cannot get rid of these . I am a student and therefore am very poor so paying out �3000 + for the Gyn surgery is not possible so I was wondering if it is possible to get the surgery through the NHS or at least subsidised to a certain degree? It is literally ruining my life, I couldnt even take off my t-shirt during with my ex-girlfriend and she was left bemused as I wouldnt tell her why. Infact I havent told anyone that this is such a mive issue to me and is destroying my self confidence! :/
