How can we restore the Republican Party?

I feel that the GOP has lost its true principles and it feels like it doesn't bring support from true conservatives. So what are your suggestions in returning back fiscal policies, individual/personal freedom, low taxation, constitutional obediance, or a strong national defense? Thanks.
