Why does the American College of Surgeons want Obama to stop playing fast and loose with the truth?

The key is to create demons for people to fear and be angry at. Doctors and insurance companies are the targets for the health care reform. Oil companies are the target they want feared for the Cap and Trade. Employers are the identified source of fear for the card check bill.
