Need a lawer for this,serious people only.this question is about ual harment.?

I found myself being ually hared by the same ,i made a complaint,but when i went in to talk with my bosses,i was strong armed ,i felt worse about the way i was treated ,than the ual harment its self,they offerd my job,but could not let her go , for at least 1 month,so i was expected to work along side her and just ignore the whole thing,i refussed to do so ,it would have only escalated my anger,now my problem is not just about harment,its how my feelings were diregaurded ,i was actually screamed at .They retaliated against me ,for not reporting sooner ,but was so pissed off i reported it to begin with ,look i need legal advise,i will go into more detail ,only if i can conversate privatly with a person of law,i have numbers to call for advise but i live in a very small place,i decieded to broaden my search for legal advise,please help me.
