If Hillary has already lost the popular vote, should Super Delegates make it possible for her to win anyhow?

You can not lose the popular vote until the number of people who have not yet voted is less than the difference. Obama is about 500,000 votes ahead but almost 5 million people are expected to vote in the upcoming primaries.
