I need medical help pleeease!!!?

I was born with chronic bronchitis i have had it all my life thats not what the big deal is .wheneveer i breath or cough my chest shakes and this has never happened to me before im am kinda worried it feels like thers a vibrator that sets of when ever i breath i tried to tell my mmom but she is mad at me right now and it just makes her madder when i complain wich im not trying to do but im kinda scared my chest has ever been like this before
