How do I stop watching ?

Hey im a 13 year old girl. I use my moms vibrator when she's not home. It's a shaped with a rabbit on the side that vibrates i use that. Also sometimes I hear my parents having and i like rub my but it doesnt feel good unless its with the vibrator. I was watching red-tube this guys is going in and out of this girls really fast and i feel my heart beating in my and its wet. I wasnt playing with it and im wearing jeans. How do I stop wathcing this BTW this is my moms laptop?
