Yes, as you say your golf bag is free if you booked prior to 31st July 2009, and you will need the original e-ticket receipt to prove the booking date. In WT, you are entitled to two bags up to 23kg each, and a standard size bag must not exceed 90cm x 75cm x 43cm (35.5ins x 29.5ins x 16ins), including the handle, pockets and wheels. These bags are in addition to your golf bag allowance.
