About refrigerator drain system kenmore model?

my freezer keeps acmulating water near the drain hole, it freezes and then continues on down into the floor. I tried defrosting it (even though it is a frost free one) in case the drain hole was plugged but the water continues to aculate even though the water drains. What is wrong with my fridge?
